1 can of caramel or one pack of Nutthoney
6 ripe bananas
1 & 1/4 cup of 36% cream (chilled)
3,5 oz of dark chocolate

Shortbread:
2 cups of wheat flour
7 oz of butter
½ cup of sugar
2 yolks
