Donations & Requests

Deli 4 You Market is proud to support many local non-profit organizations as well as in Europe. We have dedicated our charity efforts in aiding organizations which focus on helping children in need. For the past years, we proudly have been able to support these wonderful organizations including Służebniczki Starowiejskie Przemyśl Dla Mlodych and Dom Dziecka. If you are requesting donations, please review the following requirements:

• Submit online form. Only requests submitted through this online form will be reviewed and accepted.
• Due to the high volume of donation requests, only approved requests will be confirmed via e-mail. 
• Organization must have a 501(c)(3) tax identification number
• All requests must be submitted minimally 4 weeks prior to the event
• We will not accept mailed letters, e-mails, or phone calls

 
Donations Exclude:

• Individuals
• Organizations without a current, valid 501(c)(3) tax exemption status
• Sponsorships for athletic teams/events
• Requests to support travel costs for groups or individuals
• Political groups
• Scholastic scholarships
• Program advertising or other marketing efforts
• Funding for general operating expenses

 
Once the online form is submitted, your application will be reviewed by our donation committee. If your application is accepted, we will email you a confirmation with items and quantity of donation as well as the date, time, and location for pick-up.

After the event, Deli 4 You Market requests that all copies of publications, press materials, and media which recognize the company and donation. This may be submitted along with your post-event Thank You letter.
